Our Orange Team participating in the Zeemijlenloop Delfzijl

On Sunday 29 October 2017 the 6th Edition of the Zeemijlenloop (nautical miles run) took place in Delfzijl. This unique running event in the beautiful port city of Delfzijl has a distance which is quite appropriately measured in nautical miles. Participants can choose between 1 round of 3 nautical miles (5.556 km) or 2 laps with a total of 6 nautical miles (11.112 km).

The route of the run Delfzijl begins and ends on the sports park Centre and leads along the historic, most beautiful and nicest places of Delfzijl. An old working-class area, the port and the centre amongst other places are called at. During the run participants will see old and new Delfzijl and they are supported by various music bands performing live along the course.
